When will my order arrive?
Due to being a small, handmade business, orders typically require 7-9 business days to process/make. This timeline can increase if demand increases.
After making, your order is shipped via USPS and may take about 3-8 business days to arrive if you reside in the lower 48 states.
Please see our website banner as it is updated if processing times increase.
If you cannot wait, please do not order.
How can I track my order?
Please check the email you entered at checkout for your tracking number and shipping updates.
If for some reason you cannot find the tracking email, please contact us at: help@shopvyxa.com with your name, zip code, shipping address, and email address used at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time your order was submitted to reach out and cancel it. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

How does your clothing fit?
We typically make most items fitted or body hugging. So most items are made to stretch a bit! We recommend following our size chart.
Most item descriptions will include specific fit details, so please read the descriptions closely.
We do not recommend sizing down on items that are already described as body hugging/fitted.
Unsure of which size to get? We would recommend you choose the size that fits your biggest measurement. Example: 35 inch bust with 26 inch waist -> choose a size M.
Common terms:
Fitted/body hugging: item is designed to fit you snug.
Relaxed: item is designed to fit a bit loose or flowy.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we currently are accepting custom orders!
Typically, we can do custom colorways and fabric types for most of our tops available. Currently we do not offer custom sizing. Please see this page for more information.
Please note custom orders cost more than regular orders.
How should I care for my items?
Cold water wash on a delicate/gentle cycle is best. Dry on low heat or air dry items.
However, please read each item description as these care instructions may change from item to item.
Do you ship internationally?
We plan on soon offering international shipping. However, as of now we do not offer it.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa. We currently do not accept PayPal.
